The Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology of Havana (CIGB) has the pleasure to announce a new edition of its Congress series. In this occasion the Congress will be co-sponsored by the INCOGARR Network of CYTED and will be devoted to ticks and will be named “BioTicks2019: The challenge of tick control”.
The novel strategies to control ticks and tick borne pathogens and the most recent advances in tick taxonomy and ecology will be presented and debated. During the fourth-days of conference, you will have the opportunity to both network and hear leaders from the international academic and biotechnology communities in this topic. A meeting of the laboratories involved in the INCOGARR network of CYTED will be held and the results obtained by our network will be presented during the Conference.
